Absolutely rubbish service!!! They post on Instagram but can't respond to you emails or direct message, a pitiful excuse for a business!!! Try deesse hair if you haven't been put off my the ridiculous bleu ribbon

Please don't buy from them. Just warming you. I bought first time and it's not ended well. Awaiting refund of £500 as item was never send. Can't dispute with bank as they are a dodgy busy and will refuse to send you a proper refund confirmation although they will agree to the refund. I am warming you again. Don't buy from them. You will regret it

I am an extremely disappointed with this company having paid an extra amount and waiting for an exchange which never arrived. They wrote to say it would be sent. I highly recommend that nobody use these people who are cowboys and stealing from people. Even their so called office is a postal office.
