Hands down the worst company

Please do not order from these people. They do not response to emails, pick up there phones.. when you do get through they just delay everything. I order bundles months ago they only shipped half of them. They havent offered me a refund nor do I have my complete order. This is not a cheap order either. I have been a customer with them for years but I will no longer be wasting my time on these fraudulent fools

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. The finally issued a partial refund of the closure that did not arrive.

I purchased hair for my birthday on March 24th. My birthday is exactly a month away.

I received an email on 4/20 after suspicion that my order wouldnt arrive in time, that my order was delayed. OK. I finally got tracking for the shipment that it dispatched on April 25th. A month and change passed and the hair I needed for a single occasion was not going to be here.

At this point, I honestly no longer needed the hair but it was bought and already on the way. COOL. I waited. The hair FINALLY came May 5th.

I picked it up on May 10th because I was out of town (for my birthday), but when I did, there was no closure. I had ordered the bundle package (3 bundles and a closure) amounting to +$600 USD. Im livid at this point because theres no way I waited all this time and the order is not even complete. I couldnt just go down the street and shop in-store.

This was a company located across seas. It takes 2 seconds to make sure everything needed is inside of the package before shipping. Especially after the amount of time that has passed to get it right. I immediately emailed and sent pictures on May 10th.

I receive a response May 13th, from Rita who said my closure would be with me within a week and tracking sent shortly. OK. May 19th Nothing. Silence.

I emailed again on May 24th and FINALLY received a response on the 25th from Sandra. I told her if the closure would not be to me by 6/1 to simply issue a refund. May 31st swings around and she emails saying it will not arrive and a refund would be sent taking 7-10 business days. OK.
I have not received a refund since.

I asked for an update May 31st (for the amount), June 7th and today. It is June 13th and I have not received or heard a word. My next step is to report to whatever business bureau in the UK and/or US, and follow-up with my bank. Normally, I wouldnt even give the merchant the opportunity because they are always trying to swindle you out of your money or LIE.

But Im done.

Ive given MORE than enough time and opportunity for this to be corrected and nothing.
Please save yourself the time and stress Do NOT shop with them. EVER.

WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE\1!!! Ive spent over £2000 in total in this estabasihment on three different wigs. However the last wig I got from them was extremely tight and caused me so much pain to wear. When I explained the issues they took the wig off me for 6 weeks, in that time they sew a tiny screwed up piece of material into the wig (what the *** is that gonna do to help with the tightness of the wig????) ive messaged repeatedly saying that the wig stilll isn't right and I still cant wear the £750 wig that I paid for, I just get ignored. soon as they take your money they don't care about the customer service afterwards!! scammers!!! don't come to these people. Hands down the rudest company. They owe me money. I paid them. they didn’t send the products. I’ve been waiting for 2 months and instead of just apologising and understanding why I/anyone would be annoyed - they were so rude about it. Ive never had a company owe me money before. They then sent the wrong product. Asked me to send it back – they will pay for postage which was only fair. So I paid and sent it. Emailed them the receipt so they know how much it cost me. In the end they stopped responding to me. I was out of pocket £200 pounds and obviously money for returning the products even though they said they would pay for postage… I mean all I wanted was weave. I am seriously never ordering from them again. I would have been fine if they had just sincerely said SORRY!! At the end of the day THEY are taking peoples money and promising a service. They didn’t deliver - just say sorry to the customer! That is the least they deserve. Anyways, im going through a dispute via PayPal to try and get all my money back. They are probably just being difficult to try and annoy me or something but I have done nothing wrong other than pay for a product they advertised. Don’t make my life difficult because I wanted to buy from you. WHAT A NIGHTMARE this has all been … I hope no one goes through this because it really is not nice, its made me so upset the way they handled this and treated me and I would not wish this on anyone!

I wish I’d seen the reviews on other sites. BLEU RIBBON took my money and didn’t deliver, then sent me an email to say that they had REFUNDED my money- week later still no refund and have now stopped responding to my calls/emails. As mentioned by others reviews- thieves!

Waited over a month for the hair, did not get satisfactory replies via email, so I had to massage on Instagram. They dont provide tracking numbers. Ridiculous rude customer service. When the hair finally arrived it was OK nothing special at all. They need to sort out delivery and their poor customer service.

Bleu Ribbon Get your act together! Me TOO movement!

Exactly agree with these complaints! I used to order back in 2014/2015 no problem and top quality hair and I mean gorgeous and it came within days! This past year first delay was about 4 weeks, but the hair is so good so I said it is worth the wait just like everybody else. The next time it was between 4 to 5 months which is no good. I was freaking out, losing my mind. No replies to emails, fake tracking numbers and apologies but no product. This is so unfair and frustrating when you pay good money for what is a top of the line product, so expect at least decent RELIABLE service. Who is are ready for all of that! To pay upfront and to be so let down. Not even an update, just nothing??? A 4 to 5-month wait.. seriously! I mean like YES! RIGHT! What is a girl supposed to do, we got places to go, we wanna look good and ready to pay our hard earned money? Step it up Bleu Ribbon, What happened???

The best salon I have been to hands down and I have been to several . My stylist was very nice to me and made me feel comfortable compared to other salons I have been to. I purchased the frontal wig in a deep wave and I can tell this will last me a long time I my previous bundles lasted for 2 years. They also made me a cocktail which tasted amazing. Thank you for your wonderful service and being so kind with me. I will be coming back In the near future and I have also recommended all my friends about this. I ordered three hair bundles in natural brown, I received two in Black one in brown. I emailed ten times, contacted them on Instagram and have had no response. I’ve been commenting on their Instagram posts about how upset I was and they eventually blocked me. It’s frustrating as I spent a lot of money on this. I’m looking to take some form of legal action against them.

Bought hair from this mickymouse organisation and they sent me a mail saying their was an issue with their online banking system and they would need to refund me and I would need to pay via PayPal sent them multiple emails and had no response these guys are con artists don’t buy from them

Pretty sad

I ordered hair in the beginning of July and after a month of waiting I decided to contact them via email and istagram. I never got my hair or a response. Luckily I went through PayPal so I was able to get my money back. It’s sad because I’ve gotten hair from them before and it was great hair. Not sure what has changed.

It’s so annoying that I’ll spend about £800 on a product and after one month I don’t have tracking details or even the product itself. It’s also a big shame that I haven’t gotten any reply after several emails sent to the sales team. My friends warned me about this but my God this is soo disgusting and rude.

Excuse my English but I ordered from Germany and received my hair within a week feels amazing and thank Sandra lambeck for promoting on her Instagram. I was not sure as I don’t really order online. My package was clean and answer all my questions as very scared. Quality is good hardly shedding and curls hold well I come back for sure as I used to have bad experience from local beauty shops never again as confidence for me has high now. I don’t know where my love for Latin America stems from but after exhausting family trees to discover no form of South American ancestry, I quickly found myself becoming an advocate for Brazilian hair extensions. After hearing great reviews about Bleu Ribbon hair from my fellow team Weave, it was time to give it a go. I have lusted over BleuRibbon hair for quite some time and after spending an hour scrolling through their Instagram page, I wanted to become a part of the BleuRibbon family. I placed my order so fast that I forgot to add my delivery address. Luckily the BleuRibbon team made sure that the hair found its new owner and a week later, the postman greeted me with a package that has changed my life forever. I opened the package to find a white box that smelt like angels when I opened it. I had ordered two bundles of Brazilian hair in a natural black colour and 22 inches in length. The hair had been carefully placed inside the little white box with a thank you note tucked underneath. Whenever I buy new hair extensions I feel like a little girl at Christmas desperate to play with her new toy. Within a matter of seconds I was on the phone to my hairdresser, pleading with her to do my hair during her lunch break as she was fully booked. I told her that her trip to Jamaica was approaching so she didn’t need to eat lunch that day, and she soon caved. A few hours later and I was feeling brand new as I strutted through the West End with my luscious locks bouncing with every step. The best part about the hair is that hardly sheds. My boyfriend used to always complain about the amount of hair I left around our home, but since I have had my BleuRibbon hair installed, he complains no more! Well he still complains…just not about my hair. What really stood out for me about BleuRibbon was their customer service.
