Bleuribbon - First experience was great, second experience absolutely NOT.
First time i ordered from bleu ribbon hair i was so happy. the hair and bundles were packaged very nicely and the hair was quality.
I had to wash it pretty thoroughly to get rid of the smell, but that's fine. HOWEVER. I decided in DECEMBER to order a full lace frontal before i returned to school thinking that it would arrive once i had gotten home for spring break. I am now home for spring break and have gotten NOTHING.
AT. ALL. and it's APRIL 3RD, 2017 and I ordered on DECEMBER 22nd, 2016. TWENTY SIXTEEN.
I emailed them a few days ago and havent received one email. I spent freaking $217.
I have never been so robbed in my entire life. Never giving them my business ever again.
Review about: Delivery Service.
Reason of review: bad customer service, no delivery, got no confirmation email, robbed..
Monetary Loss: $217.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I liked: Hair quality.
I didn't like: Customer service unprofessional, Getting in touch, Robbed of money.

Hey did you ever receive your hair after all of that? I ordered from them and never got a response.
i did receive it at the end of the day...With this company you really have to be stern. This was my email:
"Hello Bleu Ribbon Hair,
I ordered a free part lace frontal on December 22, 2016 and I have still not received my purchase.
I assumed it would have arrived by the time I got home for spring break, but I am very angry to see it has not arrived almost four months later.
I paid $216 for it, which is NOT cheap.
Attached is the receipt of the confirmation order for the purchase, but I never got the confirmation order of shipping.
See what is going on immediately and get my product here in a timely fashion or simply give me a full refund. This is very unacceptable as I have ordered hair from you many other times and hate having bad experiences after good ones." I screenshot and attached the order number and receipt at the end of my email as well to prove my discontent. Feel free to use my "unacceptable" email guide if you need it!
