Bleu Ribbon Red Flags

This is my second time purchasing hair from Bleu Ribbon. I purchased 3 bundles of Peruvian hair from them and the quality was exceptional. The hair lasted well over two years. It didn't tangle and had minimum shedding. I hated the long wait and slow delivery. It took 3 weeks even though their website states it would take 4-7 working days.

On a positive note, this was the best hair I've ever bought so I decided to purchase their Peruvian hair for a second time. It's now been over two weeks and I still haven't received it which is extremely disappointing. I've emailed but had no reply.

Bleu Ribbon has no phone number and no one to speak to about any issues regarding your purchase. For a company to not have a contact number is one of the biggest red flags. Run in the opposite direction.

They insist that you pay directly with your debit or credit card instead of giving you the option of safety and security using PayPal. Second red flag.

Contacting them is like mission impossible. They do not reply to any of your emails. They swiftly and promptly delete any comments or queries you post on their Instagram page then DM you and deny it outright, pretending that they have no idea what you're talking about. I find that dishonest and disingenuous. Third red flag.

They steal other people's pictures and post randomly on their page without consent. Refusing to delete them even if the original owners are disgruntled.

Their customer service and after sales care is at best non-existent and at worst, appalling. I wouldn't recommend them because you take a risk purchasing from a company who has no regards for their customers. They are just happy to take your money off you. If only they cared more for their customers and had a contact number with faster delivery times, they potentially could be a good hair company. I know I should have found a more reputable company on IG to purchase from but I did love the hair. If you decide to purchase from Bleu Ribbon in the future, buyer beware.

Terrible Company but Perfect Hair.Sad that i Will Never purschase from them again.

I completely agree with this review, and I am never one to leave comments, but the way that I have been treated by this company is actually shocking. I placed an order ONE YEAR ago and never received my hair, and I have been trying to contact them ever since for a refund but to avail. It's frankly shameful that they are able to operate in this manner, and I'm glad I'm not the only one that has experienced their total disregard for customer service.
